Easy & Delicious Buffalo Chicken Soup

Easy & Delicious Buffalo Chicken Soup
I LOVE all things buffalo and I came across a picture of buffalo chicken SOUP on Facebook. Since I happened to have 6 lbs of chicken breast in my fridge (trying to get into meal prepping) I decided to try my hand. So I've come up with the an easy 10 step process for the lazy busy mom/dog mom/avid sports fan to make some hands down delicious soup. You don't need to follow exactly- you can modify! Here's my Luv_a_bul life way.

The list of ingredients you'll need-

Roughly 1lb of chicken
Packet of ranch dressing mix
1 tsp (give of take) diced roasted garlic
Block of cream cheese
1 c heavy cream
1 32 oz box chicken broth
1c hot sauce (ish. I just took off the plastic and poured until I was happy.)
6-8 stalks diced celery
A sweet onion
Blue cheese crumbles (Optional. Except, not optional.)
Chives (For topping)

Step 1- Throw a giant chicken breast from some poor steroid riddled chicken (or a few small ones from normal chickens) into a crock pot on high. **My package had 6 breasts and was over 6 lbs So I assure you I mean GIANT.

2- Leave it alone and watch the Seahawks (insert favorite team here) game. Drink several beers throughout this process.🍻

3- Poke chicken and discover it is cooked. Use 2 forks to shred because your Kitchenaid bowl is dirty and you've followed step 2 completely and can't be bothered to wash anything.πŸ—πŸ΄

4- Yell at dogs to get out of the kitchen.🐢🚫

5- Add to the crock pot the ranch seasoning, roasted diced garlic, cream cheese, chicken broth, heavy cream, hot sauce and chopped celery.

6- Decide chopped onions would be really good and flop some in the Ninja to chop for you. (Again, you followed step 2 thoroughly.) Remove any large pieces. You can sautΓ© them if you really an want.

7- Let cook in crock pot for at least an hour while you entertain your mother who has stopped by to drop off this week's coupons and a Dr Pepper.😟

8- Yell at dogs too get out of kitchen again. 🐢

9- Convince your husband that he needs to venture out in 8 degree weather for more beer because there are only 4 left. (Even though you're sufficiently buzzed from following step 2 thoroughly.) On his way out, have a grand epiphany that bleu cheese crumbles and chives would be a grand addition to your soup. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘Š

10- Top bowl of piping hot soup with bleu cheese crumbles and chives. Insert more beer into your plans for the evening and enjoy!
